Why aren’t they in a dress uniform? Every other country does it. It makes you look more presentable in an event, such as a parade. I also noticed some women, it looks disorganized in a parade when males are next to females.

To everyone saying that the marching style here is lazy or insufficient, I disagree. These are soldiers and we must respect them in how they present themselves. A North Korean escapee commented how amazing American soldiers marched because of how relaxed they were. Instead of forcing their knees up high, these guys are able to just walk and assume a comfortable position, rather than a strenous and intensive march.
